1. RETURN (Refund and Exchange)
If you are dissatisfied with your item, please let us know. You have 14 days to return or exchange an item. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a resellable condition. This means that your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. To complete your refund or exchange, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

2. REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and checked, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within five calendar days.

3. Fee for return shipment

Product not received: If you do not receive the product, 100% of the order amount will be refunded.
Product received: If the product is incorrect or damaged, 100% of the order amount will be refunded within 5 days, and we will bear the shipping costs. If there is no quality problem, the customer bears the shipping costs.
